Hi! I’m Crystal, a licensed massage therapist serving the Reno/Tahoe area.

I received my first professional massage in my 30s. Feeling the physical and emotional relief it brought opened my eyes to the healing power of bodywork. I knew then that I wanted to help others experience that same sense of renewal. I’m passionate about creating a safe space where clients can truly relax and restore their bodies.

I’m a proud fur mama to a quirky, stubby-tailed cat and a spirited border collie who keeps me on my toes. I love spending time outdoors and enjoy all things arts and crafts.
